We strongly encourage all guests wanting to make a reservation to read our terms and conditions, which are below the following ‘Book Now’ button, to avoid disappointment should we not be able to honour your reservation.
Due to Tasting Australia commitments, we will be closed the 8th, 9th & 10th of May
We will be open for dinner Saturday the 3rd, 17th & 24th of May
We will be taking a much needed break from the 27th of May to the 12th of June
We ask when making your reservation, that you take due consideration to which area you would like to dine in, as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accomodate a change of table or dining space should you change your mind on the day or shortly before.
Unfortunately we can’t control the weather or it’s temperature, and we encourage guests with a reservation on the undercover verandah to reach out to us a week in advance of their reservation date if they believe the forecasted weather will not be suitable for them to dine outside. A change of reservation will be subject to availability.
Terms & Conditions
Your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time. Please advise us via text if you will be late.
All reservations are subject to 90 minute time allocations.
Please provide all allergies and intolerances at time of booking, so we can adequately prepare. We take allergies incredibly seriously and do all within our power to ensure the safety of our guests. Given this, we do acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace products. Should you have a serve or anaphylaxis condition, please contact us at reservations@staguni.com.au to discuss specifics.
We have designed staġuni to be an adult experience, and we encourage for the suitability of any diners under the age of 14 to be considered before booking. We do however love welcoming and introducing guests of all ages to new experiences and foods, so if you do believe your little one would find their visit enjoyable, we would love for them to join us. Please note that they will be required to order from the available menu and no alternative meals will be offered. We do not provide or allow high chairs, and given the small size of the venue, we don’t have the space to accomodate prams. All children should be included and noted in the booking numbers, and failure to do so may result in us being unable to honour your reservation and incur a fee. We ask that you keep the experience of other diners in mind.
A per person fee will be charged for cancelations or a reduction in numbers within 24 hours, or in the instance of a no show reservation.
A 15% surcharge will apply on public holidays.
Please note, BYO is only available Thursday evenings, for a $25 corkage fee per 750ml bottle of wine. Beer, spirits or any other form of alcohol or sized bottle will not be accepted. BYO will not be accepted during any other service.
Electronic payments will incur a small surcharge.
Everyone deserves the right to feel respected and safe. We hold a zero tolerance policy towards any form of harassment or discriminatory language or behaviour. Should any team members or guests be made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe, you will be asked to leave.
